    The poor shower pressure and fluctuating temperatures made for uncomfortable bathing experiences!!! The limited number and awkward placement of power outlets in the room hindered our ability to charge devices conveniently!!!

    Fabulous hotel with practical rooms, outstanding views over the old town. The Michelin star rated restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Heated pool, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi! Comfortable stay, as always.

    Amazing stay with fine views!

    The staff was super friendly, especially Anne. She made sure everything was perfect for us. Our room was roomy and the bed seemed like clouds. The heated stone chairs in the lounge were a nice touch for relaxation. Only bummer was the breakfast got a bit crowded sometimes.

    A lovely old building offered a very nice and unique two floor junior suite with historical details. Balcony with breathtaking view was nice bonus. Staff was excellent, the restaurant was charming and gym with saunas were good to visit. We enjoyed!

    A lovely hotel with a panoramic view of the city. Staff very professional and attentive. Very service oriented. Restaurant excellent. Location can be somewhat inconvenient and not close to public transportation thus necessitating quite a "hike" up the hill or steps.
